    The 50 series steel profiles are made from 1.5mm high-quality galvanized steel plates, cold-formed into closed-cavity profiles. The profile design is simple and practical, offering a narrower visible frame compared to competing products. The non-thermally insulated fire-rated system, composed of cold-formed steel profiles, Class E fire-rated glass, and flame-retardant sealing strips, is suitable for doors and partition walls in building internal fire compartments.

    Materials / Surface Treatment:  
    • 1.5mm wall thickness cold-formed galvanized steel; standard painting or PVDF coating; standard steel glass glazing beads (1.2mm) or custom glass glazing beads (1.2mm).  

    Combination Types:  
    • Indoor single-door, indoor double-door, indoor partition, or a combination of opening sash + fixed sash.  

    Hardware Accessories:  
    • Steel 2D welded hinge installation.  
    • Standard narrow lock body and handle, optional surface-mounted or concealed door closers, central control bolts.  

    Technical Features:  
    • Can be connected to solid walls, lightweight wall structures, or partition walls.  
    • Glass: Opening structures and fixed frame structures use 5-24mm glass.  
    • Combined with Class E fire-rated glass and flame-retardant sealing strips to form a non-thermally insulated fire-rated partition system.
